By default, the first reminder goes out 24 hours after the estimate is sent, if the customer has not yet approved. You can adjust this interval in your account settings.
How many reminders does Riveta send?
The default schedule sends three reminders — at 1 day, 4 days, and 8 days. You can customise the number and timing to suit your business.
Will customers know the reminder is automated?
Reminders are sent from your business email and use your business name. They are written to feel like a personal follow-up, not a bulk notification.
Does it stop when the customer approves?
Yes. The moment an estimate is approved and the deposit is paid, all pending reminders for that estimate are cancelled automatically.
