Does this replace my invoicing software?
No — it's focused on the approval step. Once an estimate is approved and deposit collected, you can push the rest to your existing invoicing tool. We don't want to be your whole back office.
Can I send an estimate by text?
You get a public approval link. Paste it into a text, email, or DM — whatever your customer actually reads. Most homeowners open it on their phone within minutes.
What about emergency / after-hours work where I need to start immediately?
Send the estimate from your phone before you start. The customer can approve and pay the deposit in under a minute. The audit log records the timestamp, IP, and signature in case there's a dispute later.
How do deposits work?
Set a percentage on the estimate (or use your default). When the customer approves, they're sent straight into Stripe Checkout to pay it. Funds go to your Stripe account — we don't hold money.
