Can I customize the branding?
Yes. Add your logo and brand color in Settings. Both appear on the customer estimate page, PDF, and email.
What can the customer do on the page?
Review all line items, ask a question (which routes to your email), approve with a signature, and pay the deposit.
Can I hide individual line item prices?
Yes. Toggle Show line item prices off on any estimate. Customers see the scope but only the total — useful when you price as a package.
Is the customer portal link permanent?
Yes. The link never expires. Customers can come back to it after approval to review what they signed.
